Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join the team at NORTHERN LIGHTS HEATING & COOLING. Your primary role will involve managing various office administrative tasks efficiently.
Duties include:
- Drafting quotes, invoices, and other documentation.
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Managing outgoing quote requests to vendors.
- Assisting with human resources tasks.
- Utilizing QuickBooks or similar CRM systems for accounting tasks.
- Communicating effectively with staff at all levels.
Requirements: 1 year of administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in office equipment.
Job Type: Part-time | Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour | Schedule: 5-10 hours per week, Monday to Friday | Remote.
