Job Description
Gravity Conseil is seeking a Learning Consultant to join our advisory team in either Quebec City or Montreal. This position offers a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Contributing to the development of the learning strategy.
- Managing design and modification needs for in-person and online training.
- Implementing a new business system.
- Participating in various meetings with partners.
- Representing the organization to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Pedagogical expertise
- Training needs analysis
- Consultative role experience
- Familiarity with online design tools
- Experience in analyzing training needs within an operational sector
- Experience with technological projects
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
