Job Description
MCN Canada Immigration Consulting Inc. is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and a willingness to learn, as training will be provided. Responsibilities include arranging and coordinating seminars and conferences, planning daily operations, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and electronic inquiries, and overseeing report preparation. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining filing systems, typing, proofreading documents, performing data entry, providing customer service, and conducting basic bookkeeping tasks.
This is a permanent position with 30 hours of work per week. The working language is English.
