Job Description
AXE IT CONSULTING INC. is seeking a dedicated User Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
Your main duties will include assisting users with computer-related issues, consulting user guides to resolve problems, and providing training and advice. You will also maintain a problems and solutions log for reference by other support analysts.
This permanent position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with English as the working language. A health care plan is included.
