Job Description
Hampton Inn Suites by Hilton Thunder Bay is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a college or non-university diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year, along with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
You will supervise staff, perform front desk duties, and manage maintenance activities while addressing customer concerns and assisting clients with special needs.
This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week, primarily in English.
