Job Description

Multycare Maintenance Systems Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Live-in Superintendent to join our team. Experience in condominiums is preferred, along with knowledge of maintenance schedules and general building mechanics.

This role includes interacting with contractors and building residents, performing cleaning duties, and responding to emergencies as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,00.00 – $50,00.00 per year
