Job Description

Les Appartements du Square-Angus is seeking a dedicated Concierge to join our maintenance team. Under the supervision of the maintenance manager, you will be responsible for keeping our facilities in excellent condition. Your main duties will include:

• Vacuuming dining areas, corridors, and lobbies
• Cleaning stairwells
• Washing carpets in common areas
• Cleaning both interior and exterior windows
• Maintaining elevators
• Cleaning restrooms and pool locker rooms

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a team
• Capacity to lift heavy loads
• Basic knowledge in electricity and plumbing
• Strong interpersonal skills

Salary: $20.04 – $21.98 per hour, with weekend and evening bonuses.
