Job Description

Zee Jay Mechanical is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and between 7 months to 1 year of experience in an administrative role. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, managing inquiries, ordering office supplies, and maintaining filing systems. We value candidates who can multitask, demonstrate flexibility, remain organized, and focus on client needs.
