Job Description

Clonard Group Inc is seeking a dedicated Administrative Officer to join our team in the private sector within the construction industry, located in an urban area. The successful candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and will be responsible for implementing and reviewing new administrative procedures, overseeing office support staff, and coordinating various office services.

This permanent position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week. You will direct a team of 3-4 people, assist in budget preparation, perform data entry, and train staff. Relevant experience is not required as we will provide training.
