- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
- 1 to less than 7 months
Tasks:
- Assist users with computer difficulties.
- Consult technical manuals for solutions.
- Provide advice and training to users.
- Maintain a log of problems and solutions.
- Supervise technical support staff.
- Setup equipment and perform installations.
- Perform web-server backup and recovery.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
