Job Description

2602853 Ontario Inc. o/a MacEWEN Strathroy is seeking a dedicated Retail Store Supervisor to lead our team and manage daily store operations. The ideal candidate should possess a secondary school graduation certificate and have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.

Key responsibilities include supervising staff, hiring and training employees, managing inventory, handling cash, and resolving customer issues. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are essential.
