Job Description

MACROTECH BUSINESS SOLUTIONS INC is seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Manager to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a college degree and 3 to 5 years of experience in retail management. Responsibilities include directing and evaluating daily operations, managing staff, and selecting merchandise for resale. The Retail Sales Manager will also develop marketing strategies and resolve customer issues such as complaints and supply shortages. This is a permanent position requiring proficiency in English, with working hours set at 35 hours per week.
