Job Description

BAL CONTRACTING LTD is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Construction Workers. No formal education is required, and we will provide training for all necessary skills. The work site environment is predominantly outdoor, often dusty and hot. You will engage in various tasks including loading and unloading construction materials, erecting and dismantling structures, mixing and spreading materials, and assisting in building houses.

This position promotes positive environmental outcomes and emphasizes routine maintenance and cleanup activities at construction sites. Work is permanent at 35 hours per week, with English as the primary work language.
