Job Description
IODEVOPS SERVICES INC. is looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, handling electronic inquiries, and maintaining office supplies. Additional duties include greeting visitors and proofreading documents.
This is a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours per week. English is the primary work language, and we offer free parking.
