Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to support our Store Manager in managing a Seasonal Store. Responsibilities include staffing, merchandising, and overall store operations to maximize sales and profitability. The ideal candidate will assist in establishing guest services, developing staff, and controlling expenses and inventory. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a flexible schedule. This role requires standing and walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
