Job Description
Source Evolution is seeking a Level 2 IT Technician to provide technical support within our help desk team. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting software issues, resolving network problems via phone, and installing computer systems and related equipment.
Qualifications include a relevant college degree, 3-5 years of technical support experience, and strong knowledge of MsWindows, MsOffice, and Microsoft Active Directory. Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
Type of Employment: Permanent
Salary: $45,00 to $60,00 per year
