Job Description

Marz Trauma & Restoration Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated Construction Cleaner to join our team. No degree is required, but applicants should have 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs
• Operating industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris
• Emptying trash cans and cleaning various surfaces
• Making minor repairs to utilities and contacting tradespersons as needed
• Moving heavy furniture and construction materials
• Cleaning chemical spills and maintaining safety standards

This is a permanent position, requiring English language proficiency and a 35-hour work week.
