Job Description
New Castle Farm LTD. is seeking a dedicated Greenhouse Labourer to assist in the production of hydroponic horticultural products. No degree or certification is required, though prior experience is a plus.
Responsibilities include hand harvesting vegetables, reporting signs of insect or disease damage, and maintaining a clean work area. Physical stamina is necessary for repetitive tasks and lifting weights up to 30 lbs.
Own transportation is needed, and the position requires a commitment of 48 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.
