Job Description

VISA & IMMIGRATION SERVICES CANADA INC. is seeking an Office Manager with 7 months to less than 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate should have a college certificate or equivalent experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead a small team of 1 to 2 staff members.

Key responsibilities include implementing administrative procedures, training staff, resolving conflicts, and managing budgets. This permanent position requires 30 to 35 hours per week. Proficiency in English is required.
