Job Description

Allrise Immigration and Visa Consultancy Ltd. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate should have a secondary school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than a year of relevant experience. Responsibilities include establishing policies, scheduling appointments, overseeing report preparation, and providing excellent customer service. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word, is required. Strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and time management are essential. This is a permanent position requiring 32 to 40 hours of work per week.
