Job Description
Total Dynamic Services Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will hold a secondary school graduation certificate and have 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative roles.
Your tasks will include arranging seminars, coordinating team information flow, managing mail, and responding to telephone and electronic inquiries. You will also play a crucial role in supporting newcomers, refugees, youth, and Indigenous communities by facilitating access to resources and job training.
This is a permanent position requiring 30 to 36 working hours per week, with English as the primary working language.
