Job Description
HERSER CEMENT FINISHER LIMITED is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. Ideal candidates should have a secondary school graduation certificate and 2 to 3 years of experience in concrete finishing. Your responsibilities will include filling hollows, operating power vibrators, leveling surfaces, applying finishes, and repairing concrete structures.
The role is physically demanding, requiring heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. We value attention to detail, client focus, and excellent communication skills. This is a permanent, on-the-road position, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week with English as the primary work language.
