Job Description
Everest Traders Inc. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and between 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
Your tasks will include coordinating seminars and conferences, preparing meeting minutes, managing office procedures, scheduling appointments, and handling communications. Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
This is a permanent, full-time position (35 to 40 hours per week).
