Job Description

We are Harmony Beef Company LTD, located in Balzac, Alberta, seeking a dedicated and experienced Shipping Supervisor to manage our shipping operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while leading our shipping team.

Key responsibilities include supervising daily shipping tasks, training staff, utilizing warehouse management systems, and maintaining safety compliance. A proven background in warehouse distribution or logistics, strong organizational skills, and the ability to perform physical tasks are essential.
