Job Description
Sunlight Excavating Ltd is seeking a skilled Construction Cost Estimator with a Bachelor’s degree and 1 to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will prepare labor and material cost estimates, analyze tenders, and communicate effectively with engineers and contractors. Key tasks include preparing pre-qualification submissions, reading blueprints, providing economic feasibility studies, and managing contract expenditures.
We value flexibility and organizational skills in a permanent, 30-hour work week. Proficiency in English is required.
