Job Description
Island Health is seeking an enthusiastic Activity Assistant to support our commitment to patient and staff safety. In alignment with our Vision, Purpose, and Values, you will assist in delivering activation and socialization programs for residents while providing personal care as needed.
Qualifications include a Grade 10 education and completion of a recognized Activity Assistant Program, along with two years of related experience. A valid BC Class IV driver’s license is also required.
Ideal candidates will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to effectively interact with others, and be physically capable of fulfilling the job duties.
