Job Description
Century Mile Racetrack and Casino is seeking a skilled Evening Chef de Partie/Saucier to join our dynamic kitchen team. You will coordinate food preparation, ensure high-quality cooking standards, and maintain a clean kitchen environment. Compliance with AGLC safety and health regulations is essential.
