Job Description
Word Immigration Inc. is seeking a diligent General Office Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a secondary school graduation certificate and have experience in an office environment. Your responsibilities will include handling telephone inquiries, sorting and processing documents, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and providing general information to clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and knowledge of electronic scheduling tools are essential. Candidates should be adaptable, hardworking, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This is a permanent position with hours ranging from 35 to 40 hours per week.
