Job Description
Bangla Sweets is seeking a dedicated Food Service Supervisor to oversee our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than a year of relevant experience. Responsibilities include supervising staff, training on sanitation and safety procedures, hiring food service staff, ensuring quality, addressing customer complaints, and maintaining stock records. Excellent communication skills are essential.
