Job Description
Cardiai Inc is seeking a Human Resources Officer with a college/CEGEP education and 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying staffing needs, preparing job notices, collecting and screening applicants, and advising candidates on employment terms. Additional tasks include reviewing candidate inventories, arranging interviews, and providing guidance on staffing policies.
This is a permanent position, requiring the ability to work under pressure with a strong attention to detail. The work language is English, and the position entails a commitment of 32 hours per week.
