Job Description
Quality Dry Cleaning is seeking a dedicated Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have 1 to 2 years of retail experience. Responsibilities include assigning duties to sales workers, hiring and training staff, establishing work schedules, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters. You will also be responsible for resolving customer requests and complaints, organizing inventory, and supervising staff activities.
This position requires working in a fast-paced environment under pressure. We offer a permanent part-time position with 30 hours per week in English.
