Job Description

Shell Gas Station is seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have 1 to 2 years of experience in retail management. Key responsibilities include assigning duties to sales workers, hiring and training staff, authorizing merchandise returns, establishing work schedules, preparing sales reports, resolving customer issues, and maintaining inventory.

Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 32 hours per week, with English as the working language.
