Job Description

APEX PHYSIOTHERAPY is seeking a dedicated Medical Administrative Assistant to join our clinic. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of relevant work experience. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, ordering supplies, and managing confidential medical records. Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel is required, along with strong attention to detail and organized work habits.

The position offers a permanent work term with hours ranging from 35 to 40 hours per week. Public transportation is available for commuting.
