Job Description
Pure Care Clinic and Granville Medical Clinic are seeking a dedicated Medical Office Assistant. The ideal candidate must hold a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities include greeting patients, providing information, managing phone systems, scheduling appointments, and handling clerical tasks such as bookkeeping and data entry.
We value strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and detail-oriented individuals who can multitask effectively. Previous experience is an asset but not required. This is a permanent position requiring 40 hours of work per week, with English as the primary language.
