Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Contract Administrator to join Groupe Promec Inc. in Dorval. The responsibilities include:
- Ensuring daily administrative follow-up on executed work.
- Preparing various progress and advancement reports (weekly, monthly).
- Supporting project managers.
- Preparing account statements and invoicing according to contract terms.
- Participating in the opening and closing of contracts.
Qualifications include a DEC in accounting/administration or a bachelor’s degree in administration (or equivalent), valid driver’s license, and strong knowledge of Office Suite, especially Excel.
Benefits include a full range of social advantages and a salary of $30,00 to $40,00 per year.
