Job Description
The Physioversal Clinic in Montreal-Nord is seeking an Administrative Manager to oversee the administrative team and ensure quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop schedules at least two weeks in advance.
- Supervise the admin team and address their inquiries.
- Oversee training for new administrative interns and employees.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all patients.
- Monitor the waiting area and identify patients for doctors and physiotherapy.
- Ensure punctuality of both staff and patients.
- Enforce clinic policies and collect feedback.
- Assess clinic needs and delegate weekly tasks.
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $23.50 to $29.00 per hour
Experience: 3 years in customer service and administration (preferred)
