Job Description
TOPWEST CONSTRUCTION LTD is seeking a skilled and dedicated Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team. Candidates should possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience in construction supervision.
Key responsibilities include preparing production reports, supervising a team of 3-4 workers, coordinating activities, overseeing apprenticeship training, and managing recruitment and training processes. The ideal candidate will have efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, and strong organizational abilities.
This is a permanent position, requiring 32 hours of work per week, with English as the primary working language.
