Job Description

METROFORM CONCRETE LTD. is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our team in a dynamic construction environment. The ideal candidate should hold a college or diploma certificate from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year, along with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating office procedures, scheduling appointments, managing data entry, and maintaining filing systems. Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office, and email is essential.

This is a permanent position requiring 35 to 40 hours of work per week, conducted primarily in English.
