Job Description

Simon Fraser University is seeking a dedicated Financial Assistant to join the Department of Molecular Biology & Biochemistry. In this role, you will provide clerical and financial support to the supervisor as well as reception and general office assistance. Your responsibilities include processing payroll appointments, travel expense reports, and various financial transactions. You will assist faculty and departmental staff with university financial systems and maintain compliance with regulations. Additional tasks include managing departmental webpages, social media, and office supplies.
