Job Description

Dr. K. Kirupakaran Dentistry is seeking a dedicated Medical Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate should possess a secondary school graduation certificate and have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience or comparable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interview patients to obtain case histories.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Order supplies and maintain inventory.
• Prepare electronically based medical reports and correspondence.
• Maintain confidential medical files and records.
• Perform data entry and provide excellent customer service.

This is a permanent position requiring 40 hours of work per week. Proficiency in English is essential.
