Job Description
NSB Omega is looking for a Business Services Coordinator for our Major Oil & Gas Client in Calgary, AB. This role is part of the Travel Services Team and includes:
- Travel booking to and from the site.
- Communicating with contractors and logistics providers.
- Main contact for urgent travel requests.
- Inputting data into Excel spreadsheets.
Qualifications Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills.
- Effective time management.
- Ability to work under pressure.
This is a 1-year contract with the possibility of extension. Work-from-home opportunity within the Calgary area.
