Job Description
Giant Trucking Ltd is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and possess 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. This is a permanent position requiring 32 hours of work per week.
Responsibilities include determining office procedures, scheduling and confirming appointments, handling incoming calls, compiling data, managing office supplies, greeting visitors, and typing and proofreading documents. Proficiency in MS Office and electronic mail is essential.
