Job Description
The Opportunity:
Join AgeCare as a Resident Care Manager, where you will help us become the premier provider of Communities of Care and Wellness for seniors. This role focuses on client safety, respect, and quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and evaluate nursing care services.
- Mentor care staff and manage performance.
- Ensure adherence to plans and high standards.
- Implement best practice programs.
- Participate in corporate initiatives.
Qualifications:
- RN Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree; CARNA member.
- 5 years of leadership in Long Term Care.
- Experience in dementia care.
