Job Description

Shifts are Friday and Saturday from 11 pm to 7 am.

Company Overview: CMI Concierge & Security Inc. provides exceptional service to residential condominium clients across Greater Vancouver. Established in 1997, we set the standard for excellence in concierge and security services.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor building access
• Serve residents
• Conduct security patrols
• Detect suspicious activity
• Handle emergencies
• Maintain accurate incident records

Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid BC Security Guard license
• Concierge experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Calm under pressure

Salary: $17.50 per hour, 16 hours per week.
