Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff, including apprentices and design team
• Assign duties to sales workers
• Hire and train new staff
• Order and manage merchandise
• Establish work schedules and manage inventory
• Prepare sales and personnel reports
• Resolve customer issues and complaints
• Manage cash and sales activities
