Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Tasks:

• Plan and organize daily operations
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Study market research and trends
• Implement price and credit policies
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Resolve issues including customer requests and complaints
• Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
• Conduct performance reviews
