Job Description

Position Summary: This role is primarily responsible for contributing to a high occupancy rate through excellent tenant relations, communication, sales, administration, and organization.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor national vacancy and respond to inquiries.
• Communicate with Operations regarding rental inquiries.
• Perform follow-ups to maintain 100% occupancy.
• Provide support for onsite leasing and training as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (French/English)
• Minimum 2 years sales experience
• Excellent customer relations skills
