Job Description
Position Summary
Join Walmart Canada as a Vision Care Associate! Assist in the operation of the Vision Centre by serving customers, answering inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
What You’ll Do
1. Greet customers and answer phones.
2. Help with booking eye appointments.
3. Maintain standards of the Vision Centre (filing, cleaning, displays, organization).
4. Assist customers with their requests (choosing frames, accessories, repairs).
5. Facilitate communication between opticians, customers, and doctors.
6. Perform advanced POS transactions.
7. Maintain layaway.
8. Conduct technical measuring of eyewear.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be 16 years or older.
