Job Summary

Little Red Deer Store & Gas is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our retail business.

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role

Responsibilities

• Assign duties to sales workers
• Hire and train staff
• Authorize merchandise returns
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise and prepare sales reports
• Resolve customer issues and maintain inventory
