Job Description
Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at the Edmonton Humane Society. The ideal candidate will support HR functions and ensure the smooth operation of the department.
Duties: Assist in recruitment, coordinate onboarding, support HR projects, maintain HRIS databases, and assist with employee relations.
Skills Required: Proficiency in HR sourcing, strong administrative skills, experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce), and excellent communication skills.
Job Type: Fixed term contract (12 months)
